Overview:
We are looking for a versatile 3D & Motion Graphics Artist who can work across the full 3D production pipeline, from modeling to final video output. This role requires strong 3D fundamentals combined with practical motion graphics and video editing skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building assets from scratch, animating them, rendering polished visuals, and assembling final deliverables using Adobe tools. A strong creative eye and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D assets (hard surface and/or organic models)

• Perform texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering for production-ready output

• Animate objects and scenes with clean timing and strong fundamentals

• Integrate 3D renders into After Effects for compositing and basic motion graphics

• Edit videos in Premiere Pro for social media, web, and promotional use

• Maintain organized project files and reusable templates

• Deliver assets optimized for web and digital platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the 3D production pipeline including:

  • Modeling

  • UV mapping and texturing

  • Shading and materials

  • Lighting and rendering

  • Animation fundamentals

• Proficiency in Blender and/or Maya

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Understanding of clean file structure and production workflows

• Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and meet deadlines

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine

• Familiarity with game-ready assets and optimization

• Basic compositing and multi-pass rendering workflows

• Experience with product visualization or branded content

• Ability to create reusable motion graphics templates
