About the Project

Kickstart Vision to Reality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring candidates for an AI and Robotics Training Project. The project involves recording structured real-life activity videos to help train advanced AI and automation systems. Candidates will perform and record daily routine activities as per company guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Record videos of daily life activities assigned by the company
• Perform household or workspace tasks such as cleaning, organizing, arranging items, and managing spaces
• Ensure video clarity, consistency, and proper task execution
• Follow company instructions and project guidelines strictly
• Maintain professionalism and discipline throughout the project
• Submit daily recordings without delays or gaps

Work Structure

• Flexible day/night shifts based on candidate preference
• 3-day training period before official attendance starts
• Attendance marking begins from Day 4
• Structured onboarding and guided work environment

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹25,000 Fixed Monthly Salary
• ₹5,000 Performance-Based Variable Pay
• Total Package: ₹30,000 per month
• Company-provided accommodation available for outstation candidates
• Meals and food provided by the company during the project

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic English speaking, reading, and understanding skills required
• Comfortable performing and recording activities on camera
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a monitored environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
