About the Opportunity

We are hiring Apprentice Trainees for a leading automobile manufacturing organization in Sanand, Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on industrial experience, earn while they learn, and build a long-term career in the automotive manufacturing sector.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th + ITI in any 2-year NCVT/SCVT trade OR 12th Pass
• Minimum Percentage: 50%
• Experience: Freshers only
• Age: 18 to 23 years
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities

• Work in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Support production and manufacturing operations as assigned.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain discipline and quality standards on the shop floor.
• Assist in routine production-related activities.
• Participate in training and skill-development programs.

Working Hours

• 8 hours of work per day
• Additional 2 hours of Diploma classes
• 3-shift rotational working

Stipend & Earnings

• Basic Monthly Stipend: ₹14,649
• Attendance Allowance: ₹2,500
• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹17,149/-
