Role Summary

GreenPly is looking for an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive sales growth and expand the distribution network for shuttering plywood across Uttar Pradesh. The role requires strong dealer management skills, territory handling experience, and the ability to independently lead market expansion initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, appoint, and develop a strong network of dealers and distributors across Uttar Pradesh.

  • Strengthen and expand the channel network to improve market penetration.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for both existing and new territories.

  • Drive secondary sales growth by ensuring steady stock movement from dealers to end customers.

  • Monitor competitor activities and track market trends to refine sales strategies.

  • Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

  • Manage the entire UP territory independently and achieve assigned sales targets.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience in Shuttering Plywood industry is essential.

  • Experience working with brands such as Rama, Magnus, Black Cobra or similar plywood brands.

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Management.

  • Strong understanding of Uttar Pradesh dealer and distributor ecosystem.

  • Proven track record in market expansion and territory management.

  • Ability to work independently and handle a large geographical area.
