Greenply is hiring experienced Project Sales professionals to manage institutional and project-based sales across multiple locations. The role focuses on driving high-value project orders by building strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and procurement teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Civil Contractors and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to generate repeat business.
Engage with Developers, Promoters, and Procurement teams to ensure product approvals in large-scale projects.
Work closely with Architects, Interior Designers, and Structural Consultants for product specification and inclusion in BOQs.
Manage and expand the project sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
(Example: Delhi NCR includes Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida, and nearby regions.)
Lead negotiations, close orders, and coordinate internally for timely supply and execution.
Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and project movements to strengthen sales strategy.
Prior experience in Shuttering Plywood is essential (Non-negotiable).
5 to 8+ years of experience in Project / Institutional Sales.
Experience in industries such as Sanitary, Hardware, Tiles, Cement, RMC, Shuttering Plywood, or Large Infrastructure Projects preferred.
Strong understanding of regional construction markets, contractors, and developer ecosystem.
Proven track record in handling large institutional sales cycles and procurement processes.
Ability to independently manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Target-driven with strong market networking capabilities.
