Salary Packages: Fresher/Experience (14000 Take Home) + Incentives.

Location: Pocharam

Transport: 2 Way Cab Facility only if candidate resides within 35 KMS radius.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should outcall the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.

 Determines requirements by working with customers.

 Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

 Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions 6 Days Working 1 Rotational week off & Day Rotational Shift (8 AM to 8 PM).
