Position Summary
We are looking
for experienced and driven B2B Sales Professionals with proven expertise
in technical sales across industrial domains. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships,
and expanding our client base in their respective region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective B2B customers in
manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or other industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell products such as:
- Industrial Metrology Systems
- Automation Solutions
- Inspection and Manufacturing Equipment
- Provide technical consultation to clients and demonstrate how
our solutions meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with application engineers and product teams to
support customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting via CRM
tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
- Proven track record in selling one or more of the following:
- Industrial Metrology products
- Automation or Inspection Equipment
- High-value Capital Equipment in a
technical domain
- Strong understanding of the local industrial market in
Chennai, Bangalore, Gujarat, or Delhi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional
sales territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electronics, or related
fields).
- Familiarity with industrial sectors such as automotive,
aerospace, electronics, or general manufacturing.
Fluency
in regional languages is a plus.
