Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Services

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager – IT Staffing with strong experience in client acquisition and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Contract, Permanent, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing models and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the IT staffing domain.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms.

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning.

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement:

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting reports.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle (Lead Generation → Client Meetings → Proposal Submission → Negotiation → Closure).

  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships.

  • Understand client hiring requirements and workforce planning.

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely and quality delivery.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

MSP/VMS Handling (Preferred):

  • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is preferred.

  • Understanding of vendor management processes and compliance requirements.

Required Skillset:

  • Strong experience in IT Staffing Sales.

  • Hands-on experience in Contract, Permanent, and C2H staffing models.

  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships.

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing client network in IT staffing industry.

  • Experience with Tier-1 or mid-sized IT staffing firms.

  • Experience handling MSP/VMS accounts.

  • Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred.
