We are looking for a friendly, patient, and confident Student Counsellor to manage our counselling booth at a client institute in Bareilly. The role involves guiding students and parents through course options, admissions, and financing processes, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Manage the counselling booth at the client institute.
Interact with walk-in students and parents, addressing queries about courses, admissions, facilities, and career guidance.
Provide accurate and updated information on programs, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Assist students with platform registration, EMI setup, and mandate completion.
Support students and parents through the financial process for fee payment.
Collect and record enquiry details, ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate with institute staff and the support team for escalated or special cases.
Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
Prior experience in student counselling, academic support, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to explain procedures and options patiently and clearly.
Basic understanding of online registration and EMI/mandate handling, or willingness to learn.
