Job Description:

iEnergizer is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for its US Voice – Banking Process (Vegas). If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the right opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based banking clients

  • Assist customers with banking queries, complaints, and transaction-related concerns

  • Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance

  • Document call information accurately in internal systems

  • Meet performance targets set by the process


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process)

    • Candidates with 2+ years of BPO voice experience are eligible for a higher salary bracket

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

    • Open to night shifts and flexible with work hours


Salary:

  • ₹40,000 CTC (for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience)

  • ₹45,000 CTC (for candidates with more than 2 years of voice process experience)


Additional Details:

  • Work from Office (Noida Location)

  • No transportation/cab facility

  • Immediate joiners preferred
