Job Overview

GT Financials is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BFSI sales, especially in business loans, with good communication and convincing skills.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tele-calling and inside sales activities.

  • Promote and sell financial products (Business Loans).

  • Explain secured and unsecured loan products to customers.

  • Guide customers regarding eligibility and CIBIL requirements.

  • Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.

  • Maintain customer database and sales records.


 Mandatory Requirements (Important)

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Tele-Sales or similar sales role.

  • Experience in BFSI / Business Loan sales is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of Secured Loans & Unsecured Loans.

  • Understanding of CIBIL is required.

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

  • Telecalling experience preferred.


 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 25 to 32 years.

  • Candidates willing to relocate can also apply.


Salary & Benefits

  • ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand).

  • Salary is flexible depending on candidate experience.


 Working Details

  • Monday to Saturday

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Interview Mode: Physical Interview Only
