Job Purpose
The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The candidate should be comfortable making multiple calls per day, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements effectively.
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
Conduct effective online product demonstrations for prospects.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience in inside sales.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong phone communication skills with experience in high call volumes.
Proficient in corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
