Introduction & Objective:

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Backend Developer to lead backend development and modernization of the DAM Management Server. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-grade backend services for a US client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful backend services using Java, Spring, and Hibernate

• Integrate backend services with Oracle Database and messaging systems

• Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure best practices

• Implement unit testing and integration testing

• Maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

• Ensure secure coding practices and performance optimization

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development

• Strong expertise in Spring Framework and Hibernate

• Experience in building REST APIs

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL

• Linux environment experience

• Understanding of secure coding standards

• Experience with CI/CD tools

• Cloud fundamentals

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ActiveMQ or Kafka

• Maven build tool

• Exposure to Angular or React

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Go language (preferred)
