Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Marketing & Sales Engineer to manage and grow our business in the PAN India & Abroad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dimensional inspection systems, industrial equipment, and precision components and will play a key role in customer acquisition, technical presentations, and after-sales coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads for inspection systems and industrial equipment in the precision engineering space.
  • Conduct on-site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Promote 2D/3D dimensional inspection machines to potential clients in sectors such as automotive and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with the application and service teams for successful trials, demos, and installations.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers in and around Aurangabad.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and propose strategies for business development.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, negotiate, and close orders.
  • Manage the company’s local marketing efforts including:

Ø  Handling social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Ø  Planning and executing marketing campaigns

Ø  Creating and posting content related to products, achievements, events, and case studies

Ø  Coordinating with design teams or agencies for promotional materials

  • Attend relevant expos, industry meets, and technical seminars to represent the company.

 


Desired Candidate Profile

·         Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.

·         MBA in Marketing is preferred, but the candidate must have prior work experience in relevant industries such as:

Ø  Dimensional Inspection Solutions

Ø  Precision Components

Ø  Industrial or Metrology Equipment

·         2–5 years of experience in Marketing sales or application engineering in the above domains.

·         Strong technical understanding of precision manufacturing processes, GD&T, and CMMs / Vision / Laser-based inspection systems.

·         Candidates with experience in CRM handling, Power BI, and strong analytical skills will be preferred

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer interaction skills.

·         Familiarity with Aurangabad industrial zones and local market is preferred.

·         Must have a two-wheeler and be open to local travel.
