We are looking for an experienced Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Lead to manage full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time and Labor implementations across multiple countries, legal entities, and business units. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver accurate and compliant OTL solutions.
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) implementations in global environments.
Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into scalable OTL configurations.
Configure OTL components including:
Time entry rules and layouts
Approval workflows
Work schedules
Accrual plans
Ensure accurate time capture and seamless integration with Payroll and other HCM modules.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance and process alignment.
Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
Document business processes and implementation steps.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Time & Labor.
Strong understanding of global time and labor compliance requirements.
Experience working in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience working with multi-country HR and Payroll teams.
Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and business analysis skills.
Ability to lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
