ROLE PURPOSE
The Plant Associate / Machine Operator will support day-to-day plant and terminal operations ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted functioning of plant equipment and operational processes in line with Adani operational and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support smooth execution of plant operational activities during assigned shifts.
• Assist operators and supervisors in handling plant machinery and equipment.
• Perform material handling, loading/unloading, and operational support tasks.
• Monitor equipment functioning and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure strict adherence to Adani Safety Standards and SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in operational areas.
• Use PPE strictly as per plant safety norms.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Follow shift deployment instructions across plant areas as per operational requirement.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and operational compliance.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support bulk material handling operations.
• Assist in conveyor, equipment, or terminal related activities.
• Ensure operational readiness before shift start.
• Participate in safety toolbox talks and shift briefings.
• Support emergency response activities when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of plant or industrial operations.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good teamwork and coordination.
• Basic communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in multi-skilled roles.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Diploma / B.Sc – Preferred
• ITI / BA / B.Com – Eligible
• HSC (12th Pass) – Eligible
• 10th / 12th pass candidates with industrial experience may also apply.

EXPERIENCE

• 0–3 years experience in Plant / Port / Manufacturing / Heavy Industry operations preferred.
• Freshers from technical institutes (ITI / NTTF) can also apply.

SALARY (MONTHLY CTC)

Diploma / B.Sc – ₹18,500
ITI / BA / B.Com – ₹17,030
HSC – ₹16,130
