Understand the SAF Basis Team functioning and overall process model.
Develop a deep understanding of Enterprise Cloud solution architecture and productization model within 6–8 months of onboarding.
Use and manage ECS support tools including LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad, ServiceNow, TIC, etc.
Independently troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine root cause for repetitive issues in SAP automation procedures.
Handle run procedure automation failures in coordination with Product Owners (PO), Service Engineering Owners (SEO), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Perform general OPO support activities to ensure smooth SAP ECS operations.
Maintain a good understanding of service lifecycle and automation cycles to optimize procedures.
Acquire basic knowledge of Landscape Virtualization Manager and related tasks.
Coordinate with multiple teams and know the point of contact in each team for effective issue resolution.
Maintain documentation and share knowledge with team members as needed.
