Support the delivery of robust, downtime-optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities within ECS using the SPC tool.
Develop, validate, and maintain SAP procedures according to ECS standards, including non-standard procedures as requested by stakeholders.
Monitor procedure execution, identify task errors, and perform root cause analysis.
Collect feedback from Delivery Team, SEO, and Service Owners to identify opportunities for procedure enhancement.
Prepare and maintain task failure analysis reports and track first-time success rates.
Propose solutions and modifications in procedures by coordinating with Product Owners (POs).
Drive procedure enhancements through collaboration with developers, SEO, PO, and other stakeholders.
Perform validation and report issues encountered in VLAB environment to ensure smooth production operations.
Provide first-level issue analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with POs, understanding ECS architecture and new tool features.
Support delivery colleagues in case of procedure failure and propose immediate workarounds.
Proactively follow up on tickets created for issues encountered.
Share knowledge within the team and maintain documentation of deliverables.
Handle general OPO support activities, including run procedure automation failures.
Maintain a good understanding of service lifecycle, automation cycles, and basic Landscape Virtualization Manager operations.
Use ECS support tools: LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad, ServiceNow, TIC, etc.
