Develop, validate, and maintain Live Procedures handled by SAF team across SAP systems (ABAP, Java stack, Non-NetWeaver).

Collect and analyze business requirements for developments and improvements, including requirements in SPC tool.

Maintain and support SPC procedures in LaMa (LVM) and validate them in the VLAB environment.

Build SAP internal systems in the VLAB environment for testing and development purposes.

Document all deliverables and provide structured documentation to SAP.

Perform validation tasks: search KBAs, report SPC tickets, analyze issues, dispatch to BCP, and resolve SPC/BCP incidents.

Provide feedback to SAP and participate in regular alignment calls.

Maintain and update backlog items in SAP tools such as JIRA.

Evaluate feasibility of new implementation methods and identify validation scope based on production experience.

Execute validation test packages and provide structured feedback on errors, workarounds, and potential risks.

Track validation issues and accelerate issue resolution in alignment with SAP.

Handle rollouts of procedures to production, including documentation updates and enablement sessions.

Perform minor bug fixes and continuously improve procedures based on feedback.

Drive adoption of newly introduced automations/procedures and standardization initiatives.

Create transparency by providing procedure roadmaps to stakeholders.

Monitor SPC procedures in production and report findings.

Fulfill Service Requests during end-to-end service enablement lifecycle (design, definition, development, transition, execution).

Optimize operations, processing, and robustness of End Customer Service Requests.

Continuously improve change management and service maturity while ensuring scalability.

Represent Service Requests to stakeholders and ensure they meet business objectives.
