The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling dental products to dental professionals, ensuring the company’s offerings are well-represented and preferred in the market. The role involves achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of the dental industry.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
Product Promotion: Present and promote dental products to clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and provide insights into competitor activities and market trends.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, applications, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to clients.
Reporting: Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and expense statements.
Training & Development: Participate in regular product and sales training to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.
Collections: Ensure timely payment collection as per the billing cycle to meet collection targets.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field).
Prior experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Analytical thinking for interpreting market and sales data.
Customer service orientation with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend promotional events.
Regular meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions with dental professionals.
Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
