Job Description – Senior SAP SD Variant Configuration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and deliver SAP SD solutions with strong focus on Variant Configuration.

2. Drive end-to-end SAP SD implementation including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

3. Conduct client workshops and independently manage business stakeholder discussions.

4. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

5. Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI, etc.

6. Provide post go-live stabilization and continuous improvement support.

Required Experience and Skills:

1. Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in SAP SD.

2. Strong hands-on experience in Variant Configuration.

3. In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

4. Experience in client-facing consulting roles with ability to drive discussions independently.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

General Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of SAP-driven business processes.

2. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

3. Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.

4. Immediate joiners preferred for SAP SD + Variant Configuration role.
