6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Up to ₹40,000 based on performance)
Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years
Gender: Male/Female
Qualification: 12th Pass


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting GST Franchisee services, and achieving sales targets through telecalling and telesales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell GST Franchisee services.
• Make outbound telecalls to generate leads and close sales.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Offered Salary

₹ Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Up to ₹40,000 based on performance)
